What happens if my child benefit stops?
If your child benefit stops, we will pause payments into your Family Saver. You will need to get in touch with us to manage your Family Finance Plan and/or Family Loan repayments.
Wednesday 16 July: We will be closed for staff training. Payment requests received after 9:15am on 16 July won’t be processed until the next working day, Thursday 17 July. Our phonelines will be open until 10am for any general support.
